Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Principles

We will comply with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations. To maintain compliance this policy must be adhered to.
We only conduct business with reputable customers who are involved in legitimate business activities and whose funds are derived from legitimate sources.
We do not allow Cash Currency Payments from customers for the provision of any goods or services.
We perform risk based due-diligence known as the Know Your Customer (KYC) process on potential customers and report suspicious activity as required.
We conduct Group and Divisional level money laundering risk assessments to ensure the existing AML framework remains effective.

ensure that new potential customers are subject to appropriate due diligence (our screening tools are available in the Additional Guidance section below);
report Suspicious Activity through the approved channel when we possess information or identify a Red Flag that causes suspicion about whether money or other assets have been obtained illegally or are being used for unlawful purposes;
limit the ability to receive Third Party Payments for our goods and services. Where Third Party Payments are allowed, we ensure that we adequately identify the source of the funds being provided on behalf of our customer;
complete AML training when required; and
read the introduction to our Code and Group Policies to understand who they apply to and the consequences for breaching them.
